The problem
Stage managers still build rehearsal schedules in spreadsheets and Airtable — manually juggling cast conflicts, beat order, room capacity, and who needs to be in the room for each block. The painful moment is landing on a key beat and realizing a lead isn't available.
What it does
- Import scene breakdowns, rehearsal opportunities, cast, and conflict dates from the spreadsheets you already use
- Auto-schedule discipline beats across calendar windows with cast availability and room constraints in mind
- Surface conflicts before you publish — must-fix vs optional, with a dedicated triage view
- Finalize and publish rehearsals so cast can subscribe via calendar feeds
Built for
StageCall is being shaped with CYT Dallas — a local theatre company where I volunteer — and other community theatre stage managers who need production-aware scheduling, not a generic calendar app.
